If you feel overly tired throughout the week or find yourself catching a cold and flu/virus symptoms too easily, your immune system may not be functioning as it should. In light of the coronavirus pandemic, concerns of catching something more serious than the common cold are more widespread than ever. A functioning immune system and IV therapy are key to preventing infections, inflammation, and even various cancers.
Life shouldn’t be lived in survival mode. You want to live your life confident in your health and protected from dangerous or unwanted viruses. Viruses and fatigue are threatening to steal the life you want to live, but you don’t have to let them.
This has been a tough season. The considerations and worries put on every individual, along with the political and social climate have left many feelings overwhelmed and exhausted. We have been right there with you. We’ve experienced hard times along with real solutions to help us get out of a rut and say “no” to fear and fatigue and “yes” to more reliable health.
The Albano Clinic team is passionate about helping people find whole-body wellness. For over 14 years, our fearless leader, Dr. Joseph Albano, has extensively researched and carefully administered the best forms of holistic medical treatment (like IV therapy) to help you move better, feel better, and live better. The issues of fatigue and immune system protection are very important pieces to the puzzle of whole-body wellness and holistic health.
One fantastic way to support your immune system, prevent disease and increase energy and alertness is intravenous (IV) therapy.
What is IV Therapy?
IV Therapy delivers a blend of carefully selected, customizable vitamins, and nutrients directly to your bloodstream. At the Albano Clinic, we make sure they are completely free of preservatives or any added chemicals that could cause unwanted side effects. Our IV infusions are prepared inside the clinic, so no nutrients are lost or contaminated during shipping.
Taking vitamin capsules or tablets orally can be a great solution, but these nutrients cannot be 100% absorbed by the digestive system. Using an IV to administer nutrients directly into your veins bypasses the digestive system and ensures the optimal absorption your body needs.
People with pre-dispositions and illnesses often have even lower absorption rates, causing fatigue and brain fog in the short-term and serious health problems in the long term. IV Therapy helps solve the absorption issue and brings you back to optimal health.
What are the IV Therapy procedures like and what is the process?
First, get to the root of the problem.
Describe your concerns and symptoms to an Albano team member who cares. Your medical history, a brief physical exam, and a simple blood draw can help us get to the bottom of why you’re feeling the way you do. This will help us decide what your body needs and which treatment is best for you.
Next, a customized treatment plan is created for you.
We can prescribe a customized IV treatment containing vitamins and nutrients specific to your optimal health and wellness needs and goals. Common nutrients found in infusions include Vitamins C, B5, B6, B12, Magnesium Sulfate, Zinc, Glutathione, Lysine, and Selenium. A combination of these vitamins will be prescribed according to your symptoms and bloodwork.
Finally, set aside time to visit the Albano Clinic and receive your IV therapy.
The procedure is simple. An IV is inserted into your wrist and you can relax as nutrients are added to your bloodstream. Bring something to do since this procedure requires one hour to complete at a minimum.
Each individual is different. There are some IV therapy patients who experience results in a matter of minutes while others notice results a few days later. This depends heavily on what you were hoping to accomplish with the treatment along with your biological makeup. Some may feel slightly more energy as they walk out of the clinic, while others will notice they are more alert at work a few days later.
Your doctor will prescribe a customized treatment schedule to fit your needs. This schedule will be reevaluated as your body achieves more balance and you start to see results. Initially, patients can expect to schedule an IV appointment every 1-2 weeks. After a couple of months, appointments to maintain and optimize results can be spread out according to your personal needs.
Get to the root of what’s going on in your health by scheduling a consultation today! Don’t remain vulnerable, unable to live life to the fullest. See if IV therapy can help protect your health and get you back to the life you love!
